How to destroy fishing rod barrels
The quest to destroy Fortnite’s fishing barrel barrels is easy. There are barrels located all around Fortnite. You just need to locate a barrel and use your harvesting weapon on it to destroy it. The quest is complete when you find seven barrels.
You can destroy seven fishing rods in seconds at a few places on the map. They are extremely weak and can be destroyed with just a few blows.

- Craggy Cliffs
- You can find 11 fishing rods here in one location. So go to town and complete the quest in a matter of seconds. This is the best place to finish this quest fast.
- Lazy Lake
- This location has seven fishing rods spread out over the area—three in the town, one at the dock, and three across the river.
- Lazy Lake Island
- Eight fishing rods are scattered across these small islands. You won’t need to spend too much time to destroy them.
- Coral Castle
- There are nine Coral Castles that can be destroyed in the area. They are scattered, but it is a great place to complete your Week 6 quests.
