Moss Carpet, an item in Minecraft, can be used to create many decorative ideas. There are many ways to obtain Moss Carpet. You can find it in Lush Caves, or you can make it yourself.

Moss Carpet Crafting

Two Moss Blocks can be used to make Moss Carpet. To make Moss Carpet, the Moss Blocks must be placed next to one another from left to right. For every two Moss Blocks that are placed on the crafting table, players will be awarded 3 Moss Carpets.

Moss Carpets in Lush Caves

Lush Caves are an underground biome in which Moss Carpet naturally produces. It was launched with the 1.17 Caves and Cliffs updates part one. When cave vines hang from ceilings and moss covers the floors and ceilings, players will know that they have discovered an underground Lush Cave.

Moss Carpet can be found growing along the Lush caves floors. Moss Carpet is easily picked up with any tool. You don’t even need to have any special tools to mine it. To ensure safety, you should bring survival gear such as armor and weapons when exploring caves.

Alternative to Bone Meal

You can also use bone meal to make more Moss Carpet. The Moss Block will spread to other areas in its immediate vicinity. This can either be done above or below ground. You can also create a bone-meal farm to generate moss, if you have a lot of Moss Carpet.
