Rick Sanchez is the one who gives us the Epic Quest in Fortnite Chapter 2 Episode 7 He tells us to get a Shield Potion (not to mistakenly be confused for a Vending Machine), from a Mending Machine. The guide below will help you complete this quest.
This task will be explained using the Mending Machine located in Believer Beach (formerly Sweaty Sands). You can see in the above image that the Mending Machine located in this area is just outside the gas station at the western edge. Follow the below instructions to buy a Shield Potion.
You can see on the left that you have the option of using the Mending Machine as you approach it. To open a circular menu, press the primary button on your controller. On the image above, you will see that you have to choose the Shield Potion or in this instance, the Mini Shield Potion. You can confirm your purchase by clicking the confirmation button on the next page.
You’re done once you’ve followed the instructions. You are not yet ready to move on with the next Epic Quest.
